Sea Chakra – Azul

This painting is part of the "Sea Chakras" series, inspired by the energy of the Atlantic Ocean surrounding the Canary Islands. Azul holds the deep, mid-water blues — the colour you see when you swim out far enough that the seabed disappears and only blue remains, in every direction.
The piece is the cool, contemplative pole of the series. It is about depth and silence, the meditative state of suspension in open water, and the strange clarity that comes from being surrounded by a single colour. A natural anchor for a calmer wall — bathroom, meditation corner, anywhere stillness is wanted.
