Trembling Volcanic Dusk

The painting presents a pixelated interpretation of a sunset over La Palma during the rising tension before a volcanic eruption. The upper part of the composition vibrates with yellows and greens reminiscent of an expressive, Van Gogh–like palette, while the lower sections shift into cooler blues and turquoise tones of the ocean.

The geometric, almost digital patches of color create the sensation of a disrupted landscape — as if nature were seen through a filter of tremor, anticipation, and instability.
